All training, including computer based training, must be held at a venue that meets occupational health and safety requirements.
 
We acknowledge that sometimes changes to prebooked agency training may need to be made. Please provide written notice of cancellation 2 weeks prior to the training start date. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in your agency/program being charged the full training cost fee and you may also be liable for costs associated with trainer travel and accommodation costs.
 
Cancellations, substitutions or transfers for individuals enrolled in calendar training can only be arranged in the following circumstances:
  • where a course is cancelled or changed by PDC
  • A medical certificate is provided in the event of illness or misadventure
  • On written request only if received within 7 days prior to the start of the course. 
No credit will be given for registrants who do not show up to the course for which they were registered.
